Password Manager Videos
Password Management and the ability to securely store passwords for Websites / membership sites has never been more important. In the good old days we would have had a handful of passwords to store and the chances were that we could memorise them.
Not so these days though. Today we probably have hundreds of Websites we visit regularly and most of them will require some form of secure login. We therefore need a better solution than using the same details for all of them!
That’s where password software comes into it’s own. No more lost passwords we can now store them in a password vault on our own Personal Computer.
This sites purpose is to review the programs available (free and paid) using both articles and videos to clearly show how the password programs are installed, how they work and what the limitations and benefits each one will give you.
Imagine:
- visiting a site and never having to worry about remembering your login and password details again.
- Being able to automatically fill in Webforms with your name, address, telephone number, email address and many other predefined pieces of personal information in a single click
- Being able to secure all your passwords so no one else can use them
Saving hours of time each week
I’ll show you the market leaders in this type of Password Management RoboForm and Keepass. Keepass is free and RoboForm is Trial Ware (it’s fully functional for 30 days and then will only let you store 10 passwords) I’ll explain why Free isn’t always the best choice although it will do if money is really tight.
For anyone who can afford it I’d certainly take a look at RoboForm and RoboForm2go yes you’ll have to pay for a license after the 30 day trial but when you consider that time is money and how many hours a month RoboForm will save you it’s a no brainer.
Many people don’t take advantage of RoboForm because they think it’s to complicated to install, configure and use. In the video tutorial section I’ll take you through every single step from downloading and installing through to using passcards, configuration, password management and many of RoboForms advanced features.
The best part is they’re all free you don’t even have to give me your Email address if you don’t want to.
I’m sure once you’ve started using a password manager you’ll wonder how you managed to live without one. I have over 1500 different passwords that I use on a fairly frequent basis try remembering all of them!

Hi,
The tutorials you have on roboform are very good and easy to follow. I have been through video 1 to 6 but cannot find the videos from 7 to 14. can you point me in the right direction.
Regards James
I never got around to doing them I’m afraid
I did the first six but very few people seemed interested so I moved on. If I ever get them done I’ll Email you if that’s OK. I’m using Roboform Everywhere now and I have to say it rocks
Hi,
Thanks for that. Pity there doesn’t seem to be much interest in your tutorials. I live in Spain and think they are very precise and easy to follow. I shall be passing on the good word about Roboform and the many advantages it seems to have.
Regards James
